SHIPPING

  • Shipment starts within the first 24 hours after processing your payment.
  • You will receive a tracking number after your shipping label is created. (Please check your junk mail).
  • USA & Canada – Free Shipping
  • Delivery Time: 3-5 Business Days (USPS Mail)
  • International Shipping Flat Rate: $25 anywhere in the world (*exceptions below).
  • International Delivery Time: 10 – 15 business days.

*We are not responsible for international duties, fees, and charges. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any specific advice regarding any customs-related fees that you may incur in your country. For specific information, it is best to consult with your local government import office.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At LEGSO.COM we always want you to be satisfied with your purchases! We understand that sometimes with online shopping you may want to return or exchange an item as you realize it is not suitable or is not what you expected when it arrives.  If this should ever occur, feel free to email us at returns@legso.com, we are always very happy to help you in choosing another item for exchange or guide you thru the return process. We offer a refund on any item purchased.

Merchandise must be returned in perfect condition. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the initial postage costs on all domestic or international orders.

You must contact us within 14 continuous days of delivery date. All items being sent back to LEGSO must include a Return Authorization (RA) form along with the items being returned. This form will be obtained by emailing us at returns@legso.com. Please allow 1-2 working days for a response. See further details about how to return items below.

How do I return goods for a refund?

If you wish to return merchandise for a refund, please email returns@legso.com. In the email please forward / attach a copy of your purchase receipt and indicate the reason for your return. You will then be sent a Returns Authorization (RA) form and can arrange to return the item to LEGSO.COM. Please ensure that the RA form is included in the return package. A refund will be made to you by crediting your account via your original method of payment.

How do I return goods for an exchange?

If you wish to return for exchange, please email returns@legso.com. Items can only be exchanged for items with the same price.

Should stock no longer be available for exchange, a refund will be made to you by crediting your account via your original method of payment, excluding delivery costs.
